As a mother of five, Corinne aims to achieve a nutritional and active balance for both her family, and now her fitness clients. She creates her own balance through time spent in the gym, trail running, mountain biking and practicing sustainable and organic cooking.
Corinne began her personal training career in 2008 as a Resistance Training Specialist. She has taken numerous courses in both physical and nutritional focuses to continue evolving the harmony between the mind and body. In addition to her established RTS core, Corinne also hopes to bring her nutritional approach to the Good Life Fitness Institute and it’s members.
Corinne’s RTS training provides the skills and knowledge to help all individuals, regardless of fitness and activity level. Recognizing that every client needs a personalized fitness routine, tailored to their own unique circumstances, is key to her success.
